Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return any bike or accessory within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.
Sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@ardent-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds:
- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@ardent-shop.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send an email to sales@ardent-shop.com for further instructions.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
